Psychometrics is the objective measurement of a Candidate’s latent constructs that may either be “masked” or not directly observed, such as Intelligence, Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Software Applications and or Skills Inventories.

Evaluation Tools are facilitated via an online Portal and interpreted by our in-house Qualified Psychotherapist, Warwick Brown Dip. Couns & Psych.
